Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

1. Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase/delivery.

2. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

3. Original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase must be included.

4. Returns are only applicable for items purchased directly from Haven India’s physical store or online platform.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

• Products purchased on sale, during promotions, or on clearance.

• Customized or personalized items.

• Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items.

• Gift cards and vouchers.

Return Process

1. For In-Store Purchases:

• Visit the store where the item was purchased.

• Present the product and original receipt for verification.

• Upon approval, you can choose a replacement, store credit, or refund (if applicable).

2. For Online Purchases:

• Pack the item securely and ship it to the return address provided.

• Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchange Policy

We also offer exchanges for eligible items. Exchanges must follow the same conditions as returns.

Refund on Returns

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

• Approved returns can be refunded to the original mode of payment, processed within 7-10 business days, or exchanged for store credit.
