Refunds are applicable only for items that are:
Unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
Accompanied by the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund requests must be initiated within 15 days from the date of purchase/delivery.
We do not offer refunds for the following:
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance.
Customized or personalized clothing.
Gift cards and vouchers.
Innerwear or other hygiene-sensitive items.
In-store Purchases:
Visit the store where the item was purchased.
Present your receipt and the product for verification.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
Online Purchases:

Ship the item to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or defective.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

We also offer an exchange option for eligible items. Exchanges must meet the same eligibility criteria as refunds.
